An event open to all, free of charge!
The main aim of the day is to bring pinball to as many people as possible. Numerous Stern Pinball machines will be accessible in freeplay, and connected to the Stern Insider Connected.
As the name of the event suggests, the focus will be on discovering the brand-new Venom pinball machine, whose connected features are particularly promising! Here too, the game will be accessible to all, provided you’re patient, as there’s likely to be a long queue.
To play pinball and get your first taste of Venom, no registration or entry fee is required. Just turn up on Saturday 28/10 between 10am and 6pm.
And because our partner Top Game is so generous, it’s also providing lunch!
A pinball tournament open to all
In addition to the open day, an IFPA tournament is being organized: this is an official IFPA (International Pinball Association) tournament. All participants will be entered in the international pinball rankings!
The aim of Pinball Mag. and Top Game is to democratize pinball and make it accessible to as many people as possible. We design our pinball tournaments in the same way: without pre-selection, without differentiation between players. Anyone can sign up for €25, whatever their age, gender or pinball level. Everyone will be welcomed with equal kindness. Here’s the link to reserve your place for the competition. You can also register on site, but please note that registration is limited. There’s no right or wrong way: first come, first served!
To give everyone an equal chance of winning, we strongly recommend that all participants arrive at 09:30.
During this IFPA Launch Party Venom Tournament, some prizes will even be drawn among the participants, so that everyone has a chance of winning a unique gift! The important thing is to take part!
An event organized by Pinball Mag. supported by Stern Pinball
In concrete terms, this means that competitors will compete on Stern Pinball machines, and the prizes will be official Stern products!
Tournament scores will be recorded on Stern Insider Connected leaderboards, the manufacturer’s module that connects the brand’s pinball machines. As a result, all participants will be required to have an Insider Connected account. It’s a quick and free process that you’ll need to complete before registering. Prizes to be won
The winner will receive a Grand Champion trophy in Venom colors. This is an official Stern / IFPA collector’s trophy, unique to the event.
- The winner will also receive an official Stern translite (the image you see on the pinball machine pediment).
- Second and third place winners will receive translites, goodies and merchandising.
- An official Stern Venom translite will be raffled off to one of the participants.
- Flyers will be raffled off to several participants.
On-site welcome by Top Game
The event will take place in the showroom of pinball machine distributor and operator Top Game, in Savigny-sur-Orge, near Paris. Their team will be on hand to answer all your questions about pinball, but not only.
Top Game also offers billiards, baby foots, juke boxes, arcade terminals, darts…
You’ll also find exclusive Stern merchandising! Don’t hesitate to stock up!
A competition broadcast live
All phases of the tournament will be broadcast live on Pinball Mag’s Twitch channel. If you can’t make it to the event, you can still share it with us by following the day from a distance and chatting in the chat room!
