The family-owned manufacturer Spooky Pinball, which had distinguished itself by marketing two pinball machines in 2021, Ultraman and Halloween, seems to be suffering at the beginning of the year 2022.
After pre-orders sold out in record time, the first customers served are disappointed, as the code does not seem to be finished.
The Emery family at the head of the manufacturer has always made it a point of honor to be close to its customers, notably by reacting quickly on the forums. But in this case, this attitude does them a disservice because speaking out without having precise answers to give tends to add fuel to the fire.
We hope that they will turn things around.
